Centered in Kumasi, the capital of Ashanti Region, this experience takes you through royal palaces, spiritual shrines, and artisan communities where time-honored crafts like Kente weaving and Adinkra stamping continue to thrive.
Attend live performances, interact with palace historians, and witness traditional rituals tied to Ashanti governance and ancestral veneration. If your travel dates align, you’ll experience the Akwasidae festival, a sacred celebration held every six weeks in honor of the Ashanti ancestors and monarchy.
